How to Register
Bring 1 form of photographic identification (Passport or Driving Licence) or 2 forms of any other non photographic identification (E.G. Utility bill and bank statement) to the practice.
The Receptionist will then issue you with a unique username and password.
You will be given a print out of your username, password and the practice website address
How to Order your Repeat Medication
Go to the home page.
Click on Order your Repeat Medication icon at the bottom of the page.
Use your username and password (you can change your password now, if you wish)
Follow the guidance to order your repeat medication.
Please note some of your items may need to be monitored (E.G. Warfarin) and do not appear not on your repeats)
When to collect your prescription
If you order your repeat medication before 5.00p.m. on any day, your prescription will be ready in 2 working days after 2.00p.m.
If you order your repeat medication after 5.00p.m. add a further working day before collecting your prescription after 2.00p.m.
What else can you do online
From the main menu, you can book, check and cancel GP or Practice Nurse appointments, follow the guidance.
