Appointments
You can now book a routine appointment and order your repeat prescriptions online.

Surgeries are by appointment only. Appointments can be made in person or by phoning the surgery. Please make one appointment for each person wishing to be seen.
Urgent cases will be triaged by the practice nurse. If the Practice Nurse agrees that you need to be seen on the day, you will be offered an emergency appointment.
The practice offers a mix of appointments for patients, as follows:-
Routine GP appointments – are available to book up to 6 weeks in advance.
Routine Advanced Practitioner Appointments - availble to book up to 6 weeks in advance.
Emergency Appointments – are available daily either by appointment or by telephone triage depending on what time of the day you contact the surgery.
Nurse appointments – are available to book up to 8 weeks in advance.
Please tell us if you want someone to accompany you during an examination or a private room to discuss any matters. We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you require this service when booking your appointment.
You can help by:
- Being on time for your appointments.
- Cancelling an appointment if it is no longer needed
- Calling for a home visit before 10am
- Ringing for test results after 1pm
